What carbohydrate grams represent here
You allocate a percent of total calories to carbohydrate, then convert that energy into grams. The page does not distinguish fiber from starch or sugar, and it does not build a meal plan.
How carb grams are computed
carb kcal = calories × (carbPct / 100). grams = carb kcal / 4. If weight resolves to kilograms, g/kg = grams / kg appears as an extra row.

Default numbers
At 2000 kcal and 50% carbohydrate, carb energy is 1000 kcal and grams = 1000 / 4 = 250 g. With 70 kg entered, that is about 3.57 g/kg.
