We read mail in order and reply when we can, usually within several business days. There is no phone line or chat.
We can explain what a page is doing. We cannot endorse a purchase, process a warranty, or recover a password you generated and lost.
What to include
The URL of the page (for example a hash tool or a GPU test). What you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead. Device type (phone or PC), operating system, and browser, if the problem might depend on those.
For a hash or encoding mismatch, mention input encoding, HMAC, and output format if you changed them. For a GPU test, mention the preset and whether you were on battery power.
What we can help with
A control that does not match the page text. A result that looks wrong after you have checked settings. A broken link or a missing redirect from an old URL. A question about what a metric on a test page is supposed to represent.
What we cannot do
We cannot see the text you pasted into a tool, a password you generated, or frames from a GPU test. Those stay on your device. We cannot reset something you copied into another product.
We cannot tell you which GPU to buy, whether an overclock is safe, or how to file a warranty. We cannot give tax, lending, or security-audit advice. Limits of published results are on the disclaimer.
Do not send
Live passwords, private keys, customer dumps, or full file contents you do not need us to see. Describe the case instead. How we treat email is in the privacy policy.
